The AE 6290 is an advanced technology Albrecht CB transceiver. It has a large illuminated screen (4.7cm) with 8 different colors, VOX function, 12/24V power supply and the possibility to program a transponder channel for transmitting and receiving on a different channel. The transceiver automatically switches between the two channels (different RX & TX), thus extending the communication range.
